Refund Policy

At Ecomusedbook, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 2 days of receiving your item for a full refund or exchange.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ecomusedbook@gmail.com and specify the reason for the return. They will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at ecomusedbook@gmail.com  within 2 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
